SPENCER FARLEY

Finance Manager

Prior to joining GWC Capital in 2023, Spencer held various finance and accounting roles at Cardinal Health and Advanced Drainage Systems. Most recently, he provided underwriting support to Lument’s nationwide team of bankers with a focus on placing agency debt and preferred equity investments in real estate properties. He earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Brigham Young University, where his coursework focused on finance and real estate.

Spencer manages GWC Capital’s underwriting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as ongoing analysis to maximize project performance. He is a native of Farmington, Utah, and currently lives in Orem with his wife Janessa and three children.
