DEVAN CHRISTENSEN

Field Supervisor South Area

Devan is a Field Supervisor in the Southern area. He focuses on managing the day-to-day activities of horizontal development. He applies his experience in construction to assist with changes and field fits, Q/A and Q/C, and assisting with contractors’ schedules. He divides his time between Desert Color and Solenté master-planned communities.

Devan has an extensive background in Civil construction. He performed many tasks within his family business for over 15 years. During that time, he served as the primary on Aggregate sales, Quality Control of Aggregate, and Pre-Cast Concrete Sales Manager. During the last 5 years, he managed all civil construction. After serving the family business, Devan opened his own Excavation business. Devan managed projects ranging from large site work projects on LDS Stake Centers, civil improvements on city streets, utilities, subdivision development, and watershed projects throughout Utah.

Devan has earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and is currently continuing with his graduate studies. He is serious about self-development and tries to learn something new and improve every day.  He is a certified Wastewater designer level 1 & 2. He also is a General Contractor in the state of Utah obtaining his B100 professional license. He is a licensed Drone Pilot and also maintains his CDL Class A license with Doubles/Triples and tanker endorsements.

Devan Grew up in Fairview Utah and spent his childhood playing in the mountains, on his dirt bike, and on the golf course. He adores his beautiful wife, 4 children, 2 stepchildren, and a grandson. He loves the process of real estate development and has a passion for changing landscapes.
